If I am transfering my domains to your server, which name servers do I use?

Flawless Designs uses the Following Name Servers:

NS1.READYHOST.NET
NS2.READYHOST.NET

I am trying to setup my hosted e-mail account under a program such as Outlook or Mail, It's asking for Incoming (POP3) and Outgoing (SMTP) servers, what would these be?

The domain name for both of these servers is mail.yourdomain.com
An example would be: mail.flawlessdesigns.com

I am using an ISP that blocks outgoing connections on port 25 (such as many Cable ISPs). Is there any way I can still use your SMTP servers instead of theirs without getting errors from my mail client when trying to send mail?

Yes, we run SMTP servers on both port 25 and port 26 on all of our mail servers, so you'll just need to configure your mail client to use port 26 instead of port 25.

Does Flawless Designs offer Web based e-mail services to its clients?

Yes, we offer a choice of two different Web based e-mail services to all of our clients. To access your e-mail via the web, point your browser at http://www.yourdomain.com:2095/ and login with your normal e-mail username (your e-mail address with the "@" sign replaced by a "+") and password.
